CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellation terms

An order may be cancelled before work on the file begins. Once technical review or file preparation has started, cancellation is assessed according to the work already completed.

Refund terms

Refund requests for delivered digital files are subject to technical review. If incorrect vehicle or ECU information was supplied, rework and refund eligibility are assessed separately.
